President Donald Trump has agreed to a settlement that would ban all federal officials, including the president, from issuing or promoting digital assets for personal gain.

Additionally, Senator Cynthia Lummis confirmed that Democrats have approved the CLARITY Act.

This agreement is considered an important step forward in establishing a regulatory framework for the U.S. digital asset market, and the legislative process for the CLARITY Act is expected to gain further momentum.

However, the CLARITY Act has not yet been confirmed as a final law, and must go through the remaining legislative processes, including Senate and House procedures and the signature of the President.
